TESTOSTERONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY – TRT

A personalized approach to testosterone care for men with medically confirmed hypogonadism. Every plan begins with appropriate testing and is thoughtfully guided through ongoing evaluation, clear education and attentive follow-up.

ABOUT TRT

Testosterone replacement therapy, commonly known as TRT, is intended for men with symptoms of testosterone deficiency and consistently low laboratory levels linked to an underlying medical condition. At  Solaié, treatment is considered only after a detailed assessment, confirmatory testing and a thoughtful conversation about potential benefits, risks and personal priorities.

How it Works

Your provider begins by discussing current concerns, health history, medications, previous treatment and future fertility plans. This creates a more complete picture before laboratory testing or treatment is considered.

A diagnosis should include symptoms alongside consistently low testosterone levels. Morning testosterone is generally measured on two separate days, with additional testing considered when needed to better understand the underlying cause.

When TRT is considered appropriate, your provider selects a suitable prescription method and explains how it will be administered. FDA-approved options can include injections, topical gels, patches, oral products and other formulations, although Solaié should list only the formats it actually provides.

Follow-up visits allow your provider to review symptoms, testosterone levels, blood count, blood pressure, treatment response and possible adverse effects. The plan may be refined when clinically appropriate.

Candidates for TRT

TRT may be considered for adult men who:

  • Have symptoms consistent with testosterone deficiency
  • Have low morning testosterone confirmed on two separate tests
  • Have an identified or suspected testicular, pituitary or hypothalamic cause
  • Are not currently planning fertility in the near future
  • Can complete the recommended laboratory and clinical monitoring

Success Stories

5/5

I appreciated that the provider did not make assumptions based on one symptom. We talked through my health history, completed the appropriate testing and reviewed everything together before discussing treatment.

4/5

The second round of lab work showed me how thorough the process was. Nothing felt rushed, and I understood why each test was being requested.

I had questions about treatment options and possible side effects. The answers were honest and easy to understand, which helped me make a much more informed decision.

Every follow-up feels purposeful. We review my results, talk about how treatment is going and make decisions together rather than changing things without explanation.

Quick answers to questions you may have

Diagnosis generally requires both relevant symptoms and consistently low testosterone levels. Morning testosterone should be measured on two separate occasions, with further testing considered to identify the possible cause.

FDA-approved testosterone products are currently indicated for men with low testosterone associated with certain medical conditions. A lower result without an associated condition does not automatically establish eligibility.

Yes. External testosterone can suppress sperm production, so men planning fertility in the near future should discuss this before treatment. Clinical guidelines recommend against beginning TRT when near-term fertility is a priority.

Monitoring can include follow-up testosterone levels, symptom review, blood count or haematocrit, blood pressure and prostate-related evaluation when appropriate. Your exact schedule will depend on your history and prescribed treatment.
